We are not in the business of giving restaurant reviews here at Mark’s Bolts, but since we have been staying in the neighborhood here at the store occasionally, we are searching out new places to eat. We found a great place last night in downtown Glendale! Cuff: New American Eatery. Yum! We loved the food and the atmosphere…. and the reasonable prices. Here’s the info from their website:

Cuff, a casual American bar and restaurant in Historic Downtown Glendale, features a fusion of classic Southern and Southwest flavors. With a relaxed neighborhood vibe, Cuff is a locally owned eatery that focuses on flavor-packed cuisine, an array of classic and creative cocktails, boutique wines, and cold craft beer.

Housed in the Humphrey-Davidson Building, constructed in 1895, Cuff boasts a beautiful dining room and secluded back patio, and has even managed to keep some original architectural features intact, evidenced by the restaurant’s original, eye-catching punch tin ceiling. Great for a quick business lunch, a leisurely dinner, or an after-office happy hour, Cuff offers West Valley diners a comfortable, casual place to unbutton and unwind.
