Wanted to share some kind words from one of our customers:
| It seems Mark got a few reviews over one bad customer. There are always 2 sides to a story. Every time I go in, I go down different isles exploring ideas to projects I didn’t know had answers. Mark has a small shop and always tries to help point me in the right direction. Sewing machines have manufacturer specific parts. So do bikes. Be realistic folks. Does he have every answer or every nut and bolt? No. But neither did the store I just left. If you expect him to be God, and he falls short, Oh well, he’s human, just like me.
